The Virtual Leadership Coaching Cohort brings together administrators, coaches, and specialists nationwide to build knowledge around program design and implementation.

Members of the cohort will receive monthly small-group coaching and professional learning sessions from a curriculum expert. Professional learning topics may include sessions such as:

• Understanding effective instructional practices aligned to high-quality instructional materials
• Observing and delivering actionable feedback to teachers
• Using data to inform decision-making and adjust implementation
• Navigating change management and stakeholder communication
• …and more, based on the needs and interests of the cohort.

Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion upon the conclusion of the cohorts.
