Front and center are our Community Coaches who help us lead each community, with thousands of educators from around the country, from their classrooms! This dedicated team of experienced educators is here to support and strengthen our teaching and learning. Community Coaches bring their curriculum knowledge and a commitment to authentic sharing that helps all of us grow together.
Look to your Community Coaches for:
Community Leadership: Our coaches serve as community captains. Whether you’re a classroom teacher, instructional coach, or district leader, they understand your role because they’ve been there, and they’re here to help you navigate your curriculum journey.
Authentic Sharing: Through blogs, social media, monthly PLCs, and our shared Facebook groups, coaches consistently share their own experiences with the curriculum. This means real talk from real educators about what’s happening in their classrooms while actively encouraging fellow educators to join the conversation.
Continuous Improvement: Because this community work is evolving, our coaches are constantly looking for what’s working and what needs adjustment. They share these insights to help us all improve together.
Creating Efficiencies: When coaches notice the same questions popping up frequently, they look for smart solutions—like writing comprehensive posts that can serve as go-to resources instead of answering the same question repeatedly across different platforms.
Identifying Opportunities: Our coaches help identify where Open Up Resources can create additional informational materials to make community work more effective and efficient for everyone.

Monthly PLCs
Learn alongside educators and district leaders across the country at our monthly PLC meetings. These meetings are a great place to get just-in-time support, discuss challenges, and celebrate the successes of implementing high-quality curricula.
